Uzun bir aradan sonra MERHABA:)<br />

Blogger olmak yorucu bir iş. İstediğiniz gibi güzel fotoğrafları oluşturmak ( gün geliyor 20 poz çekiyorsunuz) , güzel bir anlatımla yayın yapmak meşakkatli. Ciddi ciddi vakit ayırmanız gerekiyor. Bundan sonra sık sık olmasa da çok ilginç olan yemeklerimi paylaşacağım.<br />

Resimdeki yılbaşı gecesi dostlarımızla yediğimiz Kars kazı. Burada Karslı olan ve Kars'ta ailesinin çiftliği olan bir dostumuz var. Bize oradan bu kazı getirtti. 2 kg a yakın bir parça. Önce haşlandı(2 saat...) sonra salça tuz sarmısak ve baharattan oluşan bir harçla sıvandı ve fırında kızartıldı. Haşlama suyu ve çıkan yağları pay edip dondurduk. Çorba ve pilavlarımızda kullanacağız.<br />

Tam bir şölen oldu bu ana yemekle.<br />

Hamuru: Yarım kahve fincanı pudra şekeri, bir çay kaşığı kabartma tozu, 250 gr. yumuşak tereyağı. Bu malzemeyi birbirine yedirin. 4,5 su bardağı un ekleyin. Yoğurun. İri bir ceviz büyüklüğünde bir parça alın, tabakta inceltin elle.<br />

200 gr. dövülmüş fındık gerekecek içine. Pudra şekeri de toplam 200 gr kadar gerekecek.<br />

12 Mayıs'ta açıldı bu mekan. Açılışında çoğu mezeleri tatmıştım. Bu ikinci gidişim ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Muftak ta bir kadına emanet, sahibi de kayınvalidesi zaten, aile kuruluşu.<br />

Resimdekiler deniz fasulyesi, patlıcanlı adını unuttuğum bir meze, bir de pembe sultan. Pembe sultan muhteşem bir lezzet. Tarifini alıp evde deneyeceğim.<br />

Dış kaplaması : Yarım kilo köftelik bulgur, bir yumurta, 100 gr. kıyma. birer kaşık acı biber ve domates salçası, iki çorba kaşığı un, bir soğan rendesi, tuz, karabiber. Önce sıcak su ile bulguru ıslatıyoruz. Üstünü bürüyecek kadar. Ilınınca malzemeleri karıştıra karıştıra katıyoruz. Yoğuruyoruz, elini ıslat zaman zaman.Avucuna yumurta buyukluğünde al , içinde boşluk olacak şekilde baş parmakla incelteceğiz ki iç harcını koyalım. İçini koyunca kibarca çevire çevire kapat boşluğu.<br />

İç dolgusu: 300gr. kıyma, 3 doğrama doğan( ufak ufak:), bunlar kavrulacak ( isterseniz biraz da kuyruk yağı ekleyin lezzet verir) Altını kapatınca bir su bardağı dövülmüş ceviz, tuz, pul biber ve karabiber ekle.<br />
